Jaclyn Cook

Jaclyn graduated with a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Western University in 2023 where she discovered her interest in the field of occupational therapy. This led her to pursue and graduate in 2025 from the Master of Science in Occupational Therapy program at Queens University. Jaclyn’s passion for working with children became evident through her joy of coaching Irish dance and working as a counsellor for an outdoor kids camp; these experiences are where she came to appreciate the unique spark brought forth by each child. As Jaclyn embarks on her career with Play On Pediatric Therapy, she is eager to provide services that embody a collaborative and strengths-based approach, while empowering children and their families with skills and resources to accomplish personalized goals. 

When Jaclyn is out of office, you may find her spending time outside, catching up with family, reading a book, or enjoying a sweet treat (because there is never a wrong time for dessert)!
