The Serious Stuff
Jacqueline received her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Western Ontario in 2010 and her Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Ottawa in 2008. Jacqueline previously worked as an occupational therapist in geriatrics followed by adult community/home healthcare, but her most recent experience was in school-based pediatrics. Working as an occupational therapist consultant in schools, Jacqueline grew to love the enthusiasm and playfulness of children. She loves working with babies, toddlers and young children through play to enable them to learn new skills and thrive in their daily lives. She has a special interest in developmental motor skill acquisition, sensory processing, and mindfulness. Jacqueline has three children of her own and is also a registered yoga teacher with additional training in yin yoga and children’s yoga.
