Pediatric Naturopathic Care
At Play On Pediatric Therapy, our naturopathic services are led by Dr. Jen Forristal, a Naturopathic Doctor with a primary focus on pediatrics, pediatric mental health, and whole-family wellbeing. Dr. Jen works with children from birth through the teen years using natural, evidence-informed, and non-invasive therapies designed to address root causes — not just manage symptoms. Her approach blends clinical expertise with practical strategies families can actually implement at home.
What Makes Dr. Jen Different? Dr. Jen is also the founder of The Umbrella Project, an internationally used positive coping curriculum supporting children’s mental health and resilience. She is the author of The Umbrella Effect, and her work has been published in the Canadian Journal of School Psychology. Translation: she understands kids. She understands stress. And she understands families. Her focus isn’t perfection — it’s helping your child (and you) build strong foundations for long-term health.

Will this replace my pediatrician/family doctor?
No. Dr. Jen works collaboratively alongside your child’s existing medical team.
